Battalion Commander (BC)
​

Highest-ranking cadet and the senior leader of the battalion. Responsible for overall success, discipline, and performance, the Commander sets the example in leadership, professionalism, and accountability.


Command Sergeant Major (CSM)
​

Top enlisted leader in the battalion and works closely with other NCOs—like First Sergeants, Platoon Sergeants, and Squad Leaders—to help the battalion succeed. They provide guidance and share the enlisted perspective to make sure decisions are well-rounded.
​

The Executive Officer (XO)
​

​Second-in-command of the cadet battalion and the main assistant to the Battalion Commander. The XO keeps the battalion running smoothly by coordinating day-to-day operations and making sure plans and activities are carried out efficiently.
​

S-1 Adjutant
​

Responsible for keeping the battalion organized and ensuring smooth administration. They handle records, paperwork, and communication so that both cadets and leaders have the information they need to succeed.
​

S-3 Operations Officer

​In charge of planning, coordinating, and running all battalion training events and activities. Working closely with the Battalion Commander, Executive Officer, and other staff, the S-3 ensures that everything supports the unit’s goals and mission. They are key to keeping the battalion prepared, organized, and ready for any event.


S-4 Logistics Officers

​ The officers keep the battalion running by making sure uniforms, equipment, and supplies are always accounted for, maintained, and ready to use. They manage all logistical operations, from tracking property to supporting training events, and ensure everything is done in line with Army regulations and JROTC standards.
​

S-6 Officers

This role is responsible for capturing and editing photos and videos at events, maintaining the battalion website, and overseeing approved social media platforms. The S-6 designs and publishes newsletters to highlight cadet achievements, upcoming events, and program successes. They work closely with staff and instructors to ensure all information released is accurate, professional, and school-appropriate. 

Special Projects Officer 

Responsible for planning and coordinating special events, projects, and battalion activities. Ensures events run smoothly by organizing details, managing cadets, and supporting battalion with creative and effective project execution.
